- Moved on to become Assistant Controller at RP Fedder Corp. and then Controller at the D.E. Mikesell Company of Lexington, Kentucky.
- Spent 1994 to 2000 as a Senior Staff Accountant for Gale Insulation in San Jose before moving to Oregon.
- Was the Controller for Abney Revard homebuilders of Wilsonville, where he was also closely involved in systems and server upgrades due to his technical background.
- In mid-2005, he brought his expertise to Comotiv Systems.

- Jeff has a BS in Business Management from the University of Phoenix-Oregon Campus.
- Has an MBA from that same institution.
